Is anyone else having problems watching videos?
Over the last week, they have been taking much longer to load and are not playing smoothly and uninterrupted. There is a lot of buffering which is very frustrating. It only appears to be a recent problem for me.

Same problem, videos taking ages to load, I've cleared the cache and browser history as suggested to no effect. Again this is only a recent problem, maybe the last week or so.

Same and only started recently for me too.... Did you manage to resolve it?





I have had 3 email exchanges with live support. They have confirmed there is a problem which they are trying to resolve. However, they are still asking lots of questions and wanting more information when it is clear many users are experiencing the same. They just need to get on and fix it!

Any update on when this problem might get permanently fixed?
As a VIP customer, it is incredibly frustrating not being able to watch all my shows and videos from other shows due to the length of time it is taking for the videos to load and play. Whenever you fast forward to a later time within the video, I am left having to wait 30 to 60 seconds for the video to replay.
It would be helpful if you provided regular updates on the progress being made on resolving this issue.
